Koncept in Five Words

Sophie

How would we describe ourselves using only five words?

At Koncept, we pride ourselves on our values and operate according to them in every job we undertake. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best product but also the best customer service and that’s why these words represent who we are.

Honest

We value honesty and will do our utmost to ensure you get the right product for your event at the right price. We won’t upsell you with products you don’t need, we won’t convince you to go bigger than you need and we won’t take on jobs that aren’t viable financially to the customer due to location. We’re honest in our recommendations, with the products you’ll receive and the service we provide.

Reliable

We’re sticklers for timings and commitment. We will always arrive on time and with the equipment agreed (sometimes with a little more just in case). Once we’re committed, you can rely on us to be there as agreed and we expect the same from our customers.

Creative

Creativity and problem solving go hand in hand in our line of work. Finding solutions to problems that arise throughout set up of the equipment or during the event itself, is part and part of the job we do. Our team are always thinking of ways to enhance the show, to solve problems or to help the organisers or musicians in any way that we can, which often requires creative solutions.

Cooperative

We always work in cooperation with our customers. From the initial contact, we want to be sure we are providing what the customer needs and will fulfil their requirements, that’s why all of our packages are bespoke. Our relationship with our customers is important to us and we will never tell you what you need, but rather present options and suggestions to help you find the right product for you. From site meetings, to nailing down all the finer detail, we want to work with our customers to ensure they get exactly what they need from our services.

Knowledgeable

With some 25+ years of experience, our team has picked up a thing or two over the years. They have knowledge in transporting and putting up staging safely, as well as operating lights and sound equipment. Our team consists of electricians and event managers who can advise on a number of things and are always willing to help. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience in the events industry to better support our customers with their endeavours.
