Ten Reasons Why Koncept is the Stage Hire Company for You

When you hire a contractor, you want to know that you are hiring the best. But being the best doesn’t come down to one thing, we think being the best, means excelling in all areas and that’s why we want you to choose us as your contractor for your event. If you want to know why, then keep on reading.

Quality products

The first thing you think about when planning your event and which contractor you will use is the quality of the product. No one wants a cheap looking stage, faulty lights and dodgy wiring. With Koncept, you are guaranteed quality products that are designed to do the job at hand. Equipment that is maintained, cared for and always from a reputable source. We will always bring the right equipment for the job (and even extras to make sure we’re covered) and ensure it is what the customer has asked for or needs. All of our equipment is tested to industry standards and maintained to ensure it complies.

Value for money

Another big thing our customers look for is value for money. You can be sure that with Koncept we will always give you our best price and that the product we provide are great value for money. We will always tell you what products you need without overselling and ensure you have the right product for your event at a competitive price. We’re honest in our recommendations, with the products you’ll receive and the service we provide.

Excellent customer service

We are a small team with a heavy work load, but we will always put the customer first. We can guarantee that your custom is important to us and to prove it, we will always go the extra mile for you. We care about our customers and the events we work on and will endeavour to provide the best customer service we can. That means we are always fair, honest and receptive. We prefer to work cooperatively with our customers with open channels of communication to make sure that the customer’s needs are met and dealt with in a timely manner.

Knowledge

Our team is comprised of few but highly skilled, qualified, and dedicated crew members. From qualified sound engineers, lighting engineers, event managers and electricians we’ve got knowledge on all sides of live events to be able to advise and carry out the job to a high professional standard. You can rest assured, knowing that the team working on your event are skilled and a have a wealth of knowledge of live production and events.

Experience

Our team have been in the business for over 25 years and with a collective experience of nearly 150 years, you can be assured we'll give you the best advice at the right price. Collectively we’ve attended hundreds of events and have the experience to recommend the right products for your event and to make sure it all goes off without a hitch.

A custom approach

We pride ourselves at Koncept in bringing a custom approach to the production side of events. We don’t believe that one size fits all and we want to make sure we are giving you the right equipment for your event. From stages, to sound systems and lighting, we want to make sure that what we provide is exactly what you require and that it will bring out the best in your performers. This doesn’t mean it costs anymore, in fact, it’s most cost efficient as you only have what you need. We also know that every event is different and what is suitable for one may not be for another, some may require power, others won’t, event timings will dictate what stage and lighting you may need, audience size will affect the sound system. With so many variants, a custom approach is the best in our opinion.

We care about your event

It’s easy to think that as a contractor, we don’t care about your event like you do. But at Koncept Productions, we care. We want your event to be a success and we will put the work in and share our knowledge and experience with you to ensure it is. We want to understand your event to ensure we provide exactly the right service and equipment that you need. Our knowledgeable and experienced crew and technicians will provide the most outstanding service, with care and attention to a level expected of event organisers themselves. With long hours and normally small teams, event days require a tight knit team to pull off a great show, our crew are team players and will always help out if they can.

We do more than just stage hire

Another string to our bow is that we do more than stage hire. Although it’s our main product and our best-selling product, we can provide the full production, including sound, lighting, power and power management. We also provide backline and event site lighting.

The continuity and reliability of having one contractor provide these services increases the chance of the event running smoothly.

Honesty

We value honesty and will do our utmost to ensure you get the right product for your event at the right price. We won’t upsell you with products you don’t need, we won’t convince you to go bigger than you need and we won’t take on jobs that aren’t viable financially to the customer due to location. We’re honest in our recommendations, with the products you’ll receive and the service we provide.

No job too big, no job too small

We won’t turn you down if your event is small, we’re more than happy to help with simple modular stage events, or a sound system for a party and we’re equally as happy to help with large festivals. If we don’t have the kit, we will help source a reputable company to supplement what we have with the same five-star customer service. You can count on us to help, no matter the size of the event.

If we still haven’t convinced you as to why Koncept Production is the contractor for you, feel free to peruse our customer reviews too and if you have any questions, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
