Top tips on organising a last minute Christmas community event
From one festive event to another, now that Halloween is behind us, we’re looking ahead to all the Christmas events taking place over the next couple of weeks. From Christmas light switch on, to illuminations and much more, there’s plenty of options to give your community that festive sparkle this year.
If you’re last-minute planning a Christmas event, here are some pointers to help you pull off a great event.
Location
It may be last minute, but there are plenty of places you can set up a small or large event within towns. Most places have a town centre that can host events and also public parks and open spaces. If you aren’t a council, reach out to your local one about hosting your event in their spaces. They’ll be keen to boost their Christmas event programme for the community.

Whatever you need, professional services will be able to help. The events industry is small, so if you need any advice, we can point you in the right direction, because even if we don't know how to do it, we are sure to know someone who does.
