A quick guide to help you decide what you need for your event.



It’s hard to know what equipment you’ll need for your type of event when there’s so much available and different options to choose from. Whether it’s stage size, or sound system needed, we’ve put together a cheat sheet that should help you gage what you’ll need for your specific event. Of course, all of our packages are bespoke, so we can tailor it specifically for your event, but this should give you a good idea of where to start.



Event One - Small Daytime Community Event


Event Two - Medium Size Music or Community Event


Event Three - Wedding or Private Party


Event Four - Outdoor Festival


Event Five - Large Outdoor Music Festival

Event One


  • Day time outdoor event in a difficult to access area (town centre, restricted width entry etc)


  • Small audience – less than 2,000


  • Solo or duo acts


  • Stage is not the main focus of the event

Event Two


  • Day time music event, in an outdoor open space


  • Small audience – less than 2,000


  • Solo or duo acts, dance performances


  • Stage is not the main focus of the event

  • 16kw sound system
  • Sound engineer
  • Lighting rig with moving head lights, flood lights, wash lights
